GEYA (Wuhan Geo-Eng Yangtze Australia Co., Ltd) 2008 Board meeting was held on June 5, 2008 at the conference room of Shangri-La Hotel, Wuhan. This meeting was presided by Mr.Guo Xiling, chairman of GEYA board. The directors attended the meeting.

The directors made discussion on the work performance of last year and strategic plan of future development. They agreed on the resolutions at the end of this meeting to improve management regulations and development in the next year. Both parties hoped for more cooperation and communications in the future.
