Invited by River Sedimentation Research Department of CRSRI, Dr. Chih Ted Yang, vice president of World Association for Sedimentation and Erosion Research (WASER), Prof. of Colorado State University, and international famous expert of river sediment gave a lecture named Minimum Energy Dissipation Rate -- Application of GSTARS to River Sedimentation Studies on March 10 2008 in CRSRI. More than 30 professionals including academic leaders, technicians, graduate students and retired experts attended the lecture.
